What to include
- Your name and the email you sign in with.
- Your organization.
- What happened, and what you expected to happen. A screenshot helps.
Delete your account
Families and athletes: open Settings, then Account, then Delete account. Type DELETE to confirm. It is the same on iPhone and on the web.
Staff: open Your account, then Delete account. On iPhone, Your account is under My profile.
If you cannot sign in, email us from the address on your account and we will delete it for you.
